Youth Ministry Registration (Middle and High School)
Youth Ministry Registration for continuing faith formation is open by appointment only.
Registration includes sacramental preparation for First Holy Communion, Reconciliation, and Confirmation. At the time of registration, you will need complete a registration form and provide copies of your child’s birth, Baptismal, and First Holy Communion (if already received) certificates. Once you have registered with a staff member, you are able to pay online by clicking on the button below. Payment will not be accepted unless you have registered in person with a staff member.
