Children's Faith Formation Class Registration
Class Registration Procedures
1. The family should be registered in the parish. This can only be done in person.
2. Families must provide a Birth Certificate and a Baptismal Certificate at the time of registration for each child new to the program.
3. If applicable, the parents must provide the Custody section of their divorce, adoption, or guardianship papers.
4. Registration for Age 3 - Grade 12 is open to baptized children. Registration for Grades 6 -12 must be through the Youth Ministry department.
5. Registration fees are required at the time of registration. This fee is applied toward the purchase of books and supplies. It is non-refundable after classes begin. There are additional fees for Sacramental Preparation and retreats.
6. Please understand that class size is limited for Children's Faith Formation classes (ages 3 - grade 5) due to space and the number of available catechists.

Once you have completed the registration forms, you are able to pay online by clicking on the button below. Registrations will not be complete until you have either spoken to or emailed a staff member to verify registration and submit birth and baptismal certificates.
