Welcome
Welcome to St. Joseph, Husband of Mary Roman Catholic Church! We are a welcoming and faith-filled Catholic Community within the Diocese of Las Vegas, NV. We are located near Summerlin at the corner of Tenaya Way and Sahara Avenue in sunny Las Vegas. All are welcome here, and we would love for you to join us in Mass, prayer, fellowship, and fun!
We are called at the time of our baptism to follow in the footsteps of Christ. This means active participation in Mass and the Sacraments, a commitment to a journey of lifelong learning about our faith, and participation in both the Spiritual and Corporal Works of Mercy. We strive to provide these opportunities to all of those in our parish community.
We look forward to welcoming you!

Fr. Ameh's new book, Faith That Moves Mountains: Recounting My Missionary Experiences, will be available in the parish office for $15 per copy (cash or check). We also have his first book, Thirsting Souls, available in the parish office. You can save $5 if you buy both books for a combo price of $25.
"Faith That Moves Mountains is the fruit of Rev. Ameh's experiences in pastoral ministry, mostly from his personal homily notes and faith experiences on pastoral missions over the years. In this work, Fr. Ameh reflects on the courage and faith of some heroes and heroines in the Bible vis-a-vis his three missionary/pastoral journeys. |
These reflections are offered here with the hope that they would be sources of inspiration and spiritual support to all those waiting on God in hope and yearning for His divine intervention in their life situations. As we journey through life with all its challenges, may we be strengthened and encouraged by the spiritual encounters herein. "The Lord of Hosts is with us, the God of Jacob is our stronghold" (Psalms 46:12)."
